How Broken Age Won Me Over
This is a critique of Broken Age. It discusses the history of the game as a kickstarter that was funded based off the pedigree of Tim Schafer. I talk about Act 1 being a classic, but Act 2's puzzles letting the experience down.
There's also some discussion about how my criticisms softened during a second playthrough a year later, and how walkthrough use might be partially to blame. Also how even with how annoying some of the puzzles can be, the characters themselves shine through and make the game a worthwhile experience. One that I definitely want to revisit in the future.
