It turns out the RX 480 can perform better on Skylake, than with older platforms. I discuss that, in this video. I also show how to disable V-Sync, in Fallout 4. And, at the end, I discuss how I feel about YouTubers who talk down to their viewers. Spoiler alert: I'm not a fan of it.
