How Easy Is It to Form Rome in EU4?
36We're continuing our series on how easy it is to form the Roman Empire in Paradox games. This time, we're tackling EU4—the first Paradox game I truly fell in love with. The requirements for the formation of the empire are a little more stringent than CK3. You'll need to control all the lands traditionally associated with Roman rule, totaling a massive 425 provinces. Since the primary requirements are owning the right territories and being either Christian or Pagan, we technically have a lot of options for who to play as.
