"update.rpf" and "update2.rpf" files 1.0.2699 (Link In fixed comment)
(If your game is already up to date, replace and redo all mod installations)
(Yes, reinstall all mod files, delete mods folder)
Works for LSPDFR (older) error, Script Hook V (older), Extended Camera Settings 1.2.8 (current) error and other mods that depend on these mentioned files.
⚠️Do not mix different versions of the files copied to the mods folder. If necessary, reinstall with fresh copies to the mods folder (use OpenIV).
The solution is to downgrade the original game files (make a backup).
It doesn't solve all errors in the world, it only works for this case ; )
Wait for your mods to update.

🟢 Still works! Fixed many issues by downgrading.
🟡 ATTENTION: All issues have been fixed, all requirements files for mods have been updated. GTA V version 1.0.2699 is stable for mods again. Downgrade is currently not necessary. If you still need the link is in the fixed comment.

This is a temporary solution to the Script Hook V and Pack Limit Adjuster error (unable to find pattern #15) or loading infinite. So, you'll be back to playing GTA V with your mods. Just downgrade files and script hook files.
The new Script Hook V (ScriptHookV_1.0.2699.0) Apparently causes an error in the Packfile Limit Adjuster. Temporary solution: simply revert back to the previous version of Script Hook (same download link) + the files as in the video (or read "How to Downgrade.txt" INCLUDED in the downloaded files). I recommend Packfile Limit Adjuster 1.1 still.

⚠️Hey, guys. If you do it right and carefully, it's 100% guaranteed to work. Only the Rockstar version seems to have something new that doesn't allow the game to start without checking for update.
