How good does Gears of War 4 look on PC? - Kind of AMAZING. -- i5 and R9 390
I've already posted a video of this game, being played on an R9 380, and it wasn't bad, but the R9 390 really rises to the occasion, when it comes to making this game look nice.
With that said, this is still roughly 1080/60fps performance (the frame rate goes above AND below that), so the numbers might not amaze anyone, but the game looks very good, in my opinion. (edit: Upon watching this video again, the game stayed above 60fps the majority of the time, by a pretty fair margin)
The settings shown, in this video are settings that the game recommended to me, based on my detected hardware. All I did was turn motion blur off.
On the topic of Dynamic Resolution: I have not seen much benefit to using it, to be honest. When I do use it, I still end up with frame rate dips, so I've preferred to leave it off. It might have more usefulness for people who are using fairly "weak" hardware, or maybe people who want to play, on monitors, higher than 1080p.
MSI Afterburner stats are shown at the end of the video. (and the settings are shown "slowly," right before the Afterburner stats, too)

i5 4690K (actually underclocked to 3.8, to see how it might perform on slower i5's.... as you can see, it turned out pretty well)
