READ THIS: This video shows A LOT. I show all of the presets, and I also show the best settings, the max settings, and I show different resolutions. You will have to pay attention to see what is being shown at the time.

The "best" settings option is probably the Medium preset at 800p, if want the game to mostly play at 30fps.

You can play at 1080p LOW preset, at about 18-22fps.

And the MAX settings go down to about 7fps.

That's the quick gist, if all you want to know is how the game plays. But if you want to see the actual performance, you'll have to watch the video. The frame rate counter is in the bottom right corner of the screen. V-Sync is only on at the START of the video. It is turned off very shortly into the demonstration.
