1My pad on the Kiwi Design Oculus Quest 2 head strap just started to come apart a little bit after two months of use.
I contacted customer service and I actually ask could I buy a replacement, have the made any improvements with the padding.
They ask for photos and believe it are not offered a replacement, I thought that was very generous.
A few days later I received a box, a bit heavy for a sponge pad. 🤔🤔🤔
It wasn’t a pad it was a complete strap replacement.
Now that’s crazy good customer service.
