Just trying to educate people on the rates in this game. I fell for the 1000% chance marketing on the banner for Athena, did 2x10 pulls and didn't get her. I think the actual rate is like 0.01% so even with increased chance you're still at around 10% chance of recruiting her. Make sure to adjust your expectations guys.
