After many years of trying to succeed this how I learned to astral project in one day. Now how does that make sense? Well how to astral project for the first time without binaural beats would be more correct as I have astral projected with binaural beats but never without them.
I have been seeking to find how to astral project by myself consistently with over 80% effectiveness for a long time and then I discovered this way to get to astral travel.
How to astral project for beginners and how to astral project for the first time can be very tricky as there is so much disinformation out there however one mastered the stages of this process (something not hard to do you will be able to use it and cut out all the years I took of trial and error).
This is not a video on how to lucid dream!!! Many say astral projection and lucid dreaming are the same thing. Those that say this have never astral projected. They are not the same thing but only those that have truly astral projected know this!
So how to have an out of body experience fast? The question is finally answered by someone who has had a lot of difficulty in astral travelling.
Is this a process to learn how to astral project instantly? Well you do not have to wake up at 3 am do any such thing with this simple and easy process.
How to astral project tonight, tomorrow morning or whenever you wish is a real thing!
Astral travel and astral projection experience are finally at your fingertips and without the bog standard junk they tell you on other channels. Yes I tried all those methods and for me they did not work but this one did and does!! It is not your typical method though.
How I learnt to astral project in one day. Finally it has all come together. As you know if you follow my channel I have been searching for the correct formula that makes this easy and possible in 1 day and have an above 80% efficiency. And I have finally found it. I know I have found it because I have astral projected before using binaural beats and with a very low efficiency rate.
Astral projection is not like when you dream every night that is dreaming.
Lucid dreaming is the ability to control your dreams similar to day dreaming but asleep and deeper in your subconscious.
It can be easy but anyone claiming this is what Astral projection is just does not know what it is and basically is insulting every true shaman and astral travellers out there.
If you are someone who has been lead to believe you are astral projecting when you are only lucid dreaming I apologise to you that others have lead you up the garden path.
Astral projection is the same as or very similar to a Shamanic journey. You literally leave your body and you will know this when you really do it. Lucid dreaming which is great but let's not dumb down another term to mean something else to raise my stature.
What I am now going to explain is out there already but it is not your bog standard youtube description of how to do it. This requires a few techniques that you will need to layer.
