There are days when you are free, and you know it's time to work on things that will only do you right - it could be picking up a new hobby, working out, or starting your side hustle.
You know you SHOULD be doing those. There are no excuses because you have the capacity. Funny enough, instead of grabbing your book or dumbbell, you ended up lying on the couch binge-watching Netflix or gaming all day.
So now here's the million dollar question: How do you stay motivated even you are feeling lazy, or just don't feel like showing up?
