Because of what you see in the video and the thumbnail is any clue that it can be, then I don't see why @ncircle couldn't just do a SD ON BLU-RAY or even a 4-6 DVD set, it would've made more sense, and caused less controversy with the Sonic fandom or any fandom for that matter.
