Qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix at Monza is over and the fastest driver of the day was Max Verstappen in the Red Bull as Max Verstappen beat the fastest ever lap at Monza which was previously set by Lewis Hamilton in the Mercedes W11 during the 2020 season. Verstappen and Red Bull recovered and looked brilliant managing to beat Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri who are in the all conquering Mclaren cars and they also beat Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc who were looking more impressive this weekend in the Ferrari. In this video we are going to be talking about this plus the Sauber cars who are looking very fast in a straight line.

We are going to be comparing the 2025 Pole lap to the 2020 Pole lap to see how the Red Bull and Verstappen beat the mighty Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes W11.

The Autodromo Nazionale Monza, or the "Temple of Speed," is a historic Italian Grand Prix Formula 1 circuit known for its extreme speed, characterized by long straights and high-speed corners connected by only a few chicanes. Located in a royal park near Milan, the 5.793 km (3.600 miles) track demands a minimal downforce setup, making it the fastest circuit in Formula 1 and a legendary venue with a rich history stretching back to 1922. Drivers must master the heavy braking zone of the Rettifilo chicane, the sweeping Curva Grande, the Lesmo corners, the Variante Ascari chicane, and the iconic Parabolica to achieve a fast lap time.
