In Destiny 2, you can set up a 1v1 private match with a friend. Here’s how:

Create a Private Match Lobby:
Open the Director.
Select The Crucible.
Choose the Private Match node.
As the Fireteam leader, you can customize match settings.

Game Options:
Select the Game Type (Crucible mode).
Pick a MAP (arena).

Set the MATCH TIME LIMIT (overall match duration) and MATCH SCORE LIMIT (point threshold to end the match).

Adjust other settings like SUPER CHARGE RATE and RESPAWN TIME.

Switching Teams:

Players can freely switch between Alpha and Bravo Team.
You can do this in Orbit before launching the Private Match or while alive during the match.
