How to access Cameras on Hikvision DVR/NVR internal network without VIRTUAL HOST

I couldn't find this solution anywhere so I decided to upload this solution. If people still do not understand I will try and make a more in depth video later showing each stage on video.

EDIT: PLEASE READ; IF 192.168.254.8 or the cam address does not work try 192.168.254.200 or another address thats NOT BEING USED!
