To add a stream delay in OBS Studio, follow these steps:

Open OBS Studio.
Click on the Settings button in the bottom right corner of the main window.
Navigate to the Advanced tab.

In the Stream Delay section, check the Enable box.
Enter your desired delay duration (in seconds) in the Duration field.
Click Apply to save your changes.

Now your stream will have the specified delay to prevent stream sniping or other issues. Happy streaming!
