Navigate to System Settings: From the HOME Menu, select “System Settings.”
Access Internet Settings: Scroll down and choose “Internet,” then select “Internet Settings.”
Manual Setup: At the bottom of the list of networks found, select “Manual Setup.”
Enter Network Information:
Network Name (SSID): Enter a nickname for this network connection (e.g., “Living Room” or “Grandma’s House”). If left blank, your router’s SSID will be used.
SSID: Enter the SSID (broadcast name) of the wireless router you want to connect to. If you don’t know it, contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
Security: Enter the router’s security type and wireless password. If you’re unsure, contact your ISP.
IP Address Settings: Choose “Automatic” (recommended for most home networks) or “Manual” if your network requires specific IP address settings.
