If you have a regular website you visit or you host your own website, then it's a good idea to add the URL to the trusted sites list. Just make sure you do trust the website that you are going to add to the trusted list in Microsoft Edge as you don't want it to damage your computer or files. There are also different security levels that you can adjust in Windows 10 for the Trusted sites list.
