Steps:

- Start by opening the settings app.

- In settings, open ‘accessibility’.

- In the accessibility options, scroll down and open ‘touch’ settings.

- Select the first option called ‘assistive touch’.

- In the assistive touch settings, enable the toggle to turn it on.

- This will add this circular button to the screen which can be customised and dragged to any part of the screen.

- Tap the ‘single-tap’ option to choose what happens when you tap the button.

- Select ‘home’ from the options.

- Now whenever you tap that button it will bring you to the homepage of your iPhone.

- You can also customize what happens when you double tap, long press and 3D touch the assistive touch button
