1) First of all, make sure you have actually downloaded and installed the Snapchat app on your device.
2) Open Snapchat.
3) From your other account, search for the profile you want to add as a friend
4) Tap on the three dots and at the bottom tap on Send Profile and send it to the account in which you want to add as a friend.
5) Now from the other account, simply open the Profile and Add Friend
