1) Update the Discord app to the latest version
2) Open Discord and login to your account
3) Select a server and you will find an option called Voice channel
4) Select a voice channel in which you want Push to Talk
5) Simply tap on the Settings icon
6) On the input mode, select Push to Talk
7) Now you will have enabled Push to Talk on Discord.
