How to add some image texture to a fbx model in Blender.

The use of the model is purely for educational purpose only. To learn how to use Blender to assign texture using the Shader Editor inside Blender.

It's quite easy to follow in this video tutorial.

Basically, it's pretty much like this. A base image texture which is the diffuse map. Then, if any, a specular map. A normal map and an alpha image node.

Color Data should be used for image textures being used to color a model, like Diffuse and Albedo textures. This way, they will be color managed to display their intended color values.

Non-Color Data should be used for image textures being used to store other data. For example, Normal Maps store the normal vector data of a given point on a mesh. Vectors (in this case) are linear and have no need to be gamma corrected. The same goes for other maps like Bump maps or Specular maps. These images had values stored to them on a linear scale, so they should be read on a linear scale.

If a normal map is generated using DirectX, you need it. Blender processes normal maps using OpenGL. The green channel of a normal map is inverted between DirectX and OpenGL.
Therefore, an additonal RGB Curve node is added to invert the green channel.
I'm not really sure how this Lara model's maps were made. So I just put it in. You can remove it and see if it makes a difference.
