How To Enable USB File Transfer On Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7:
Step 1: Turn on your computer and find a data cable (USB-C to USB-C or USB-A to USB-C). Connect one end to a computer and the other end to the Galaxy Z Flip 7's USB-C port.
Step 2: By default, the USB configuration (charging) of the phone will take up. Swipe down from the top-left to reveal the notifications shade and tap on "USB Charging: Tap For Other USB Options".
Step 3: In the 'USB Controlled By' category, select "This Device".
Step 4: Under the 'Use USB For' section, select "Transfer Files / Android Auto" instead of "Charging phone Only".
Step 5: You will be prompted to verify that it's you using your fingerprint, face or PIN/Pattern/Password. You should now see the internal storage of your phone on the computer.
