How To Fix Forgotten Password, PIN / Pattern On Samsung Galaxy Galaxy Z Flip 7:
Step 1: Turn on your computer and find a data cable (USB-C to USB-C or USB-A to USB-C). Connect one end to a computer and the other end to the Galaxy Z Flip 7's USB-C port.
Step 2: Press and holding the side key and the Volume Down button simultaneously. Keep holding them for 7-10 seconds until the phone turns off.
Step 3: After the phone goes off, immediately switch to pressing the Volume Up button while still holding the side key until the Samsung logo appears.
Step 4: Once the Samsung logo appears, release the side key, then keep pressing the Volume Up button until the Galaxy Z Flip 7 boots in recovery Mode. Once you're in the Recovery Mode menu, release the Volume Up button.
Step 5: In recovery mode, use the volume up and down buttons to navigate through the options. Highlight the "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" option. Once the option is highlighted, use the side button to confirm your selection.
Step 6: The device will prompt you to confirm the action. Confirm again to proceed, by selecting "Factory Data Reset". This will erase all the data on your device as well as the encrypted data on the SD card, if you've inserted one.
Step 7: Wait for the process to complete. This will be confirmed by the notification "Data Wipe Complete" at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 8: After the hard reset is complete, you can now restart your Samsung Galaxy Galaxy Z Flip 7. To do this, use the volume rockers to navigate through the menu until you get to "Reboot System Now".
Select the option to reboot your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, using the side key. The device will restart to the 'Welcome' set up screen. You can now disconnect the cable from the phone and computer.
Step 9: Start the set up of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 as you normally would. Select the "Set Up Manually" option, in the 'Easy Set Up With Another Device' page.

Step 10: Connect to a Wi-Fi network to verify yourself. Then, when prompted to enter the PIN, Password or Pattern, tap on "Use My Google Account Instead". At this point, you can also disconnect the data cable.
Step 11: Enter the correct credentials of the Google account that was linked to your Galaxy Z Flip 7 and tap on "Next" to proceed with the steps. You may or may not be prompted to also enter the credentials of the other Google accounts that were linked to your Galaxy Z Flip 7. If prompted, you can enter them or tap on "Skip" instead.
Step 12: Continue with the set up as normal, skipping or setting up what you may or may not want to at every stage. You should regain access to your Galaxy Z Flip 7 without the forgotten password, PIN or pattern.
