Open the Ghost: While in-game, press the D-pad left or right to toggle voice chat.
Check Sound Icons: Look for sound icons next to player names to see who is in the team chat or fireteam chat.

Voice Chat Settings: Go to Options - Sound- Voice Chat. Ensure that voice chat is turned on and that your output and input settings are correct.
Automatic Opt-In (Optional): To streamline the process, enable “Automatic Opt-in When Solo” in the Voice Chat Settings. This will automatically join the Team Voice Chat every time you enter an activity without a Fireteam
