To set up an auto turn off timer for your Xbox One, you can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system - Settings - General- Power mode & startup.
Under Turn off after, select the time duration after which you want your console to turn off automatically. You can choose from 1 hour, 6 hours, or custom.
If you want to turn off your console after a specific period of inactivity, select Custom and enter the desired duration.
