Turn on your Xbox One console.

Sign in to the Xbox Live profile for which you want to check the Game Pass subscription status.

Navigate to the Xbox Home screen.

Using your controller, scroll left to open the Guide.

Navigate to the "Profile & System" tab.

Select "Settings."

In the Settings menu, scroll down and select "Account."

Under the Account menu, select "Subscriptions."

Here, you should see a list of your active subscriptions, including Xbox Game Pass. If your Game Pass subscription is still active, it should show the expiration date or renewal date.
