Open the Xbox Guide:

On your controller, press the Xbox button (the large "X" button in the center).
This will open the Xbox Guide, which is a menu that appears on the left side of the screen.
Navigate to "Profile & System":

Use the left thumbstick on your controller to navigate to the "Profile & System" tab in the Xbox Guide.
Select "Settings":

In the "Profile & System" tab, scroll down and select "Settings."
Access Account Settings:

In the Settings menu, select "Account."
Select "Subscriptions":

Look for an option labeled "Subscriptions" and select it.
View Your Subscriptions:

In the Subscriptions section, you should see a list of your active subscriptions associated with your Xbox Live account.
