To begin, open your device’s app store and search for "LINE." If an update is available, install it to ensure you're using the latest version. Then, open the LINE app and log into your account.
From the homepage, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to access "Settings." Scroll down and select "Backup & Transfer," then tap "Backup & Restore Chat History."
Before proceeding, you’ll need to set up a backup PIN for security. Enter a *six-digit* PIN, confirm it by typing it again, and then tap the arrow icon at the bottom.
