▸ Location: Insufferable Crypt (Entrance is at the Ancient Sewers where you need the ram rune to get from the toxic sewers to the Ancient Sewers)
▸ Requirements: Ram Rune (To get to the Ancient Sewers level)

▸ Build I Used:
- Balanced Blade (A weapon what will keep you in the air while you are attacking is recommended)
- Firebrands (Good Rage weapon and also good against the tentacles)
- Fire Grenade (Good to destroy the tentacles and you will take reduced Damage)
- Ice Grenade (Good for Freezing the tentacles and you will take reduced Damage)
- Maxing out brutality with this build will let you have good DPS for the boss and the reduced cooldown mutation for your grenades is also handy.
▸ Moveset:
▸ The Boss:
- Charge (Will project a red beam and then charged at you)
- Green Toxic Shots Around her (after each tentacle phase an extra set of shots is added)
- Electric damaging aura (will flash a brief red circle before casting)
- Volleys of Green Toxic Shots after second tentacle phase (Will deactivate the platforms and will hover above)
▸ Tentacles phases (75%, 50% and 25% health)
- pop up to deal damage
- Charge across the room to deal damage to you
▸ Item Drops:
- 1st Tonic
- 2nd Cursed Sword
- 3rd Counterattack mutation
- 4th Gastronomy Mutation
- 5th Recovery Mutation
