Follow these steps on How to boil Perfect Eggs and I guarantee they will peel perfectly every time. I use to have problems with the eggs braking when I use to peel them until I learned these tips:
1) Bring water to a boil on Medium-High
2) Add salt
3) Gently tap Egg on counter until you hear a small crack (do not break egg)
4) Add eggs to pan and cook 25 minutes
5) Set pan off burner and allow eggs to sit in water for 10-15 minutes
6) Add Eggs to cold water and rest for 20 minutes
7)Peel and enjoy!!
