How to boost GMOD FPS? | GMOD Optimization MOD Low end laptop RTX 3050

Some stutters, lags are caused by MSI Afterburner recorder
FPS Boost depends on many factors like your hardware, map you're playing on or number of NPCs you spawned. In my scenario it did a great job in gm_construct but in "Never Lose Hope" hospital it barely add a few fps. It will do a better job on integrated gpu's like Radeon Vega or Intel HD.
Generally it's a great modification, you don't need to mix your settings, just click one button and that's all.
