Okay since using cmd in boosting internet is not 100% working
I here show you a quick tutorial on boosting your internet for free using powershell along with cmd plus using the group policy editor and changing your DNS. By the way after changing your dns and your speed is not changing, please launch cmd as administrator and type in "ipconfig /flushdns" without "" and then restart.

Fix for netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp set to supplemental
since it doesn't work for windows 8 and above, but only on windows 7 (vista and maybe other lower os)
it can be change by the powershell cmdlet:

Running powershell on an elevated command prompt type the code below

Set-NetTCPSetting -SettingName InternetCustom -CongestionProvider CTCP
