How to Bootleg Hunt in the Overworld of Cassette Beasts (Shiny Hunting)
87Each monster in Cassette Beasts has 14 bootleg versions, one for each type, including Glitter-type. Bootlegs are what shinies are to pokemon, or luma to temtem.
The odds of finding a bootleg full-odds is 1/1000. Although there are post-game items and ways too boost odds, you do not need to wait to hunt for bootlegs, especially since you can see bootlegs in the overworld!
The strategy is to exit and re-enter the spawn areas until you see a very obvious static.
It's not only the appearance that is different, the bootlegs learn different moves (based on their typing), and they also have a higher chance for uncommon and rarer stickers.
