I trained 'bro splits' for long time where you essentially just work one body part once a week. There's nothing wrong with this, but the biggest change I saw came when I switched to twice a week for every muscle group. The maths is simple – you jump from 52 times a year to 104 times a year - but the extra benefits were almost like a catalyst to make better muscular gains than I had done in ages. So do this today!
