6Calibrating the motion controls on your Nintendo Switch can help improve their accuracy. Here are the steps to calibrate the motion controls:
From the HOME Menu, select System Settings.
Scroll down the menu on the left-hand side and choose Controllers and Sensors.
Select Calibrate Motion Controls.
Hold down the - or + Button on the controller you want to calibrate.
Remove any straps or accessories attached to the controller.
If you’re experiencing issues with the control sticks, you can also calibrate them by following these steps:
Go to Controllers and Sensors in the System Settings.
Choose Calibrate Control Sticks.
Press the stick you want to calibrate and follow the on-screen instructions to move it in different directions.
Check if the stick is working better. If not, try returning to default settings or cleaning it with a spray.
