Quick and to-the-point tutorial on how to hook up the Elgato Game Capture HD in order to record your video game footage and commentary.

In this video, I use the PS4 HDMI cables to output to the El Gato, with the USB cord plugged into the laptop computer and the HDMI out (from El Gato) plugged into the back of the TV. I then use the El Gato capture software (downloaded from https://www.elgato.com/en/support) record the gameplay. I show how to use the program's basic functions to start/stop the recording, select a file location, and select the correct system to stream from. I also mention how the footage is delayed.
