In this video I'll explain why I'm buying a VCR in 2016 and why I'm placing it in my gaming setup. It's more important than you might think. Be kind, please rewind!

I need to purchase a video cassette recorder because my current one needs replaced; it is eating tapes. But why have one at all? Because I have two game consoles that require one to play: Action Max and the Viewmaster Interactive Vision. Also, I need a VCR as a cheap way to convert RF signals to composite ones. I can then use that composite feed to record old game systems like the 2600, in order to post reviews on Youtube.
