How to Change Address on Uber Eats !
0Changing your address on Uber Eats—whether it’s your saved home address or a delivery address during an order—is a straightforward process that helps ensure your food arrives at the correct location. You can manage your saved places like "Home" or "Work" within your account settings or choose a delivery address on the checkout screen when placing an order. However, once an order is placed, changing the delivery address requires contacting Uber Eats customer support.
To update your saved addresses, open the Uber Eats app and log into your account. From the main screen, tap on the profile or account icon in the bottom right corner. On the next screen, tap your name at the top to access your profile settings. Here, you'll see the "Saved Places" section, where you can add or edit your home, work, or any custom locations. Tap "Add" or "Edit" next to the location you want to manage, input the new address, and save it.
If you're placing an order and want to change the delivery address for that specific delivery, you can do so during the ordering process. Once you add items to your cart, go to the "View Cart" section before checkout. There, you'll see an option to set or change the delivery address for that particular order. Simply enter the new address or select one of your saved addresses before completing the order.
However, if the order has already been placed, changing the delivery address within the app is no longer possible. In this case, your only option is to contact Uber Eats customer support immediately through the Help section in the app. They may be able to assist with modifying the delivery, depending on the restaurant and driver status.
