In this video, I will show you how to change the difficulty in F1 22 career mode. I will show you before and after you start the career. BEFORE you start the career you can go to CUSTOM SETTINGS as it will pop up as you are setting it up. Here you will go to SIMULATION SETTINGS. There you can move the AI DIFFICULTY up or down. You can also press Y ON XBOX, TRIANGLE ON PLAYSTATION, AND F2 on PC to change the detail of this menu. AFTER you start the career you can press the MENU BUTTON on XBOX or PLAYSTATION and ESC on PC on the OVERVIEW tab. There you will go to SETTINGS and then SIMULATION SETTINGS.
