In this video, I will show you how to change the difficulty in F1 22. First you will start in the main menu of the game and go to the SOLO TAB to start a race. You will then pick a TEAM and DRIVER as usual. Once you've done that you will be taken to another MENU BEFORE THE RACE BEGINS. Here you will go to SIMULATION SETTINGS. There you can move the AI DIFFICULTY up or down. You can also press Y ON XBOX, TRIANGLE ON PLAYSTATION, AND F2 on PC to change the detail of this menu. I hope you found this video helpful.
