Chances are, if you still have your Nintendo Gameboy Advance SP, it will probably need a replacement battery as the GBA SP models launched in 2003. Thankfully, replacing one of these 20+ year old batteries is easy and only takes a minute.

This simple video explains the steps needed to replace a dead or dying battery.

Replacement batteries usually cost around $8-$10 and most usually ship with the small screwdriver needed to remove the back panel. Search your favorite online retailer or local game store for replacement batteries.
