In this video you’ll learn how to change iPhone bluelight settings using night shift. Night Shift reduces blue light emission from your screen. Too much blue light exposure can make it hard to fall asleep, strain your vision, and even damage your eyes. Using Night Shift on your iPhone removes the negative effects of too much blue light exposure.

There are two ways to activate Night Shift on your iPhone: through the Control Center by swiping up, or through the Display and Brightness in your Settings app.

You’ll also learn how to adjust the level of blue light when Night Shift is activated, how to schedule Night Shift, or how to have it sync automatically to sunset and sunrise.

This iPhone tutorial applies to iPhone 5, iPhone 6, and iPhone 7, and all S and Plus models.
