Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to PeacockTV.com, and then sign into your Peacock account if prompted. You'll land on your Peacock TV home screen.
Step 2. Click your Peacock profile picture at the top of the screen. You'll land on a menu where you can switch user accounts.
Step 3. Click "Account" at the top of this screen. You'll be prompted to sign into your Peacock account to confirm your identify.
Step 4. Enter the username and password for your Peacock account, and then click "Sign In." You'll land on your Peacock account screen.
Step 5. Click to select "Settings" in the menu at the top of this screen. This is where you can update the personal information associated with your Peacock account.
Step 6. Navigate to the Password section, and then click "Reset Password." The next screen lets you kick off the process to change your Peacock password.
Step 7. Click "Continue" to get an email at the email address associated with your Peacock account that will let you change your Peacock password. The next screen lets you know an email has been sent to that account.
Step 8. Open the email account associated with your Peacock account, and then open the email from Peacock with a subject line that says Reset Your Password. Click the "Reset Password" link in this email. You'll be routed to a screen where you can set a new password for your Peacock account.
Step 9. Enter what you want to be your new Peacock password in the two fields on this screen, and then click "Update Password." The next screen lets you know that your Peacock password has successfully been reset.
