In this video I'll walk you through the steps to disable email notifications from Peacock TV, making your inbox a calmer, more organized space.
Now let's walk through the steps to disable email notifications from Peacock TV.
Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to PeacockTV.com, and then sign into your Peacock account if prompted. You'll land on your Peacock TV home screen.
Step 2. Click your Peacock profile picture at the top of the screen. You'll land on a menu where you can switch user accounts.
Step 3. Click "Account" at the top of this screen. You'll be prompted to sign into your Peacock account to confirm your identity.
Step 4. Enter the username and password for your Peacock account, and then click "Sign In." You'll land on your Peacock account screen.
Step 5. Click to select "Settings" in the menu at the top of this screen. This is where you can update the personal information associated with your Peacock account.
Step 6. Scroll down this menu until you see Email Notifications, and then click to remove the check mark from "Email Notifications." Click "Save Settings" after making this change. Your changes will be saved, and you'll no longer receive promotional emails from Peacock TV. To be clear, you'll still receive emails containing important information about your account.
