Launch telegram
Navigate to the settings menu
select chat settings
Scroll down to color theme, select browse theme
Find and apply the theme that you prefer
Also Choose the mode that you would like to use

Choose the color and the mode that you prefer to apply on your custom theme
Once done, Tap on create theme
Name your theme
Your new custom theme will be listed under "build my own theme" tap on it to apply
