Follow the steps below to Change your YouTube Profile Picture on Android and iOS:
1. Open the YouTube app on your iOS iPhone / iPad or Android phone.
2. Once in the YouTube app, select the YouTube profile picture in the top right of the app.
3. When the YouTube menu opens select Your Channel
4. Once you're on your YouTube channel page, select the Gear icon next to your YouTube channel name. If you do not see the gear, make sure you are logged into your YouTube account.
5. Once you have selected the gear and the YouTube channel settings open, select the 3 dots in the top right of the app.
6. After selecting the 3 dots in the top right of the YouTube app, in the menu select Help & feedback.
7. Once YouTube Support opens, search Manage your channel icon. In the results, select Manage your channel icon.
8. On the Manage your channel icon page, select Google Account settings. This will open your phone browser.
9. Once Google About me opens, select the edit button next to your Youtube Channel Picture. This button will look like a pencil.
10. Now just select the YouTube profile picture.
11. In the Pick a photo menu, select Upload photo and find your new YouTube Profile Picture on your phone.
12. Crop your new YouTube profile picture and select Done.
13. You have now changed your YouTube Profile Picture on Android and iOS!
