If you want to check and see just how good your internet connection is to the Xbox live services, then you can easily do this within Windows 10 gaming settings. You can view if the Xbox Live services are running properly, what your latency is in ms, if you have any packet loss, your NAT type, and also if there are any server connectivity issues. If there are any issues then you can also try to fix them. So hopefully if you have been experiencing connection issues or lag with one of your games on your PC, this should give you a better idea of what is going on.
