Creating a clean install of Windows 10 by using the "Choose what to keep" option and selecting "Nothing".

This DOES NOT reformat your hard drive and does appear to retain some files from the previous install in the "Windows.old" folder (which can be removed), but the actual Windows 10 installation will be 'as new' and unaffected by settings, programs or users which existed in the previous install.
