If you want to clear your search history or want to not keep all the things you have been watching, please click on your logo of the top of your YouTube app home page, then press setting and then History & Privacy. There you will be able to clear out your history for the thing you don't want to show your friends, family or strangers.

Overall, if you don't want to go over this procedure all the time and stay stealthy for certain videos, please do so with Incognito Mode which will come very handy for you.
