This video will show you how to convert a FLAC audio file into an MP3 audio file completely free of charge and easily using open-source freeware software available at:

The TEncoder software for Microsoft Windows is available in 32bit and 64bit versions, and is also available in a 'portable' version that can be run directly from a directory folder, so no installation is necessary. It can encode one file at a time, many files in a batch, as well as whole directory tree structures (including sub-folders).
